河村双子展


ごあいさつ

　　この河村双子展は、南山高校女子部を巣立ち別々の道を歩きながらも、それぞれ芸術に半生を捧げてきた河村姉妹の記念すべき双子展です。

　　また、同時に、南山学園から浪合村に譲られた旧講堂が30年を経て美術館としてリニュアルしたことを記念し、南山ゆかりの作家と美術館のジョイント企画展として開催致すものです。善意と信頼に満ちた南山学園と浪合村の温かな交流史に心からの敬意を表し開催する次第です。

　　ここに至るまで、多くの方々のご支援、ご指導を賜わりました。菅沼友子様、南山学園様、浪合村様、飯田市教育委員会様、その他ここに書き尽くせない多くの方々や機関からご協力を頂戴する中で、開催に辿り着くことができました。それらの方々に心からの感謝を申し上げます。

　　この双子展がご来場下さる方々にとって有意義な鑑賞のひとときになればと願っています。特に、未来を築く少年少女に何かを感じてもらえたら幸いです。

Exhibition of Kawamura Twins

　　　This is the exhibition of Kawamura Twins who devoted both lives to fine art. And, it is also a special joint exhibition between the artists, graduates from Nanzan high school and this museum whose main hall was rebuilt from the lumber of old Nanzan's building.
